Production capacity is never presented as completed inventory: every program is specified, cleared, activated, verified and delivered against written acceptance criteria.
The commissioning process

Your requirement becomes a structured brief: task, geography, participants, capture spec, quality standard, rights grade, delivery.

Clear
Consent mechanism, counterpart and bystander rights, and local data-protection law are reviewed before any collection begins.
Step 3
Activate
The program deploys through the selected network: tasks distributed, participants opt in, equipment dispatched.
Step 4
Verify
Two-stage quality process against acceptance criteria agreed in writing; submitted and accepted reported separately.
Step 5
Deliver
Accepted units with manifest, consent attestation and rejection analysis.
